Theseus - A New Routing Class

Theseus is our routing class that is currently in development. The routing class is designed to be flexible and robust, and should allow us to interface different routers for global routing.

We have put together an input format for our routing class and we are currently working on the routing class itself. The code is currently unavailable. As soon as a clean, stable implementation is available, links will be provided to the source.
