International Test Conference 2004

International Test Conference (ITC) 2004 will be held in Charlotte, NC from October 26- October 28, 2004.

ITC is the world's premier conference dedicated to the electronic test of devices, boards and systems, covering the complete cycle from design verification, test, diagnosis, failure analysis and back to process and design improvement. At ITC, test and design professionals can confront the challenges the industry faces, and learn how these challenges are being addressed by the combined efforts of academia, design tool and equipment suppliers, designers, and test engineers.

35 YearsITC, the cornerstone of the Test Week event, is celebrating its 35th year. As part of this celebration, we've selected some of the most significant papers presented at the conference and made them available online.

ITC offers a wide variety of technical activities targeted at test and design theoreticians and practitioners, including: formal paper sessions, tutorials, panel sessions, case studies, lecture series, commercial exhibits and presentations, and a host of ancillary professional meetings. This includes the ITC University Booth, which provides an opportunity for the university community to demonstrate their work in device, board, and system testing research.

Supporting the theme of Testing from Fab to Field, the 2004 conference will focus on the test thread that runs from IC through board to system. This end-to-end test flow must ensure quality boards, systems that work for the customer, and an effective diagnosis process for continuous quality improvement. Built-in test, I/O test, diagnosis, as well as the traditional areas of IC, board, and system test can all contribute to solving this important problem.
