Asking for Letters of Recommendation??
General Information- I am more than happy to write letters of Recommendation on behalf of you if
- you have taken at least one course from me and received at least one A, or
- you have worked on a project, a thesis, and/or a dissertation under my supervision.
What do I need to write the letters on behalf of you?? - your transcript,
- your resume,
- your statement of purpose,
- list of universities that you want to apply and their deadlines, and
- other supporting materials (certificates, TOFLE/GRE score reports, etc).
What do you need to do with the recommendation forms?- Please give me A4-sized, non-stapled recommendation forms.

On-line or hard-copy submission for the letters?- I personally strongly prefer hard-copy submission of the letter since it is easier for a recommender to do the job (and is thus better not to cause any delay). So please pick the hard-copy submission option whenever possible. Thank you.
Others?- At most ten letters per person, please.
- At least two weeks for preparation, please.
- On-line or hard-copy submission, I prefer to do the letters all-together, not one by one. So you'd better make all your on-line requests on the same day. Thanks.
